I am STILL going to counseling after my divorce, it helps to have a sounding board and someone to give me ideas and ways to handle things with my kids and the divorce and my new relationship with my boyfriend so I don't drive everyone away with my thoughts and actions. I was going once a week when Shawn first left me, then after about 3 months I graduated to once every two weeks and now almost a year later I still go every month! It REALLY helps!!Angiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13165250449404878303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7855953606246549491.post-72052095583160596512012-03-22T09:51:00.145-06:002012-03-22T09:51:00.145-06:00I too suffer from anxiety and tend to stay in the ...I too suffer from anxiety and tend to stay in the box. It has been especially hard moving and not knowing anyone here. I stay in the box. What? Folks aren't going to knock on my door? Staying in the box is not helping me at all, but it's easy... Physical pain compounds the anxiety. You are going on a year of constant physical pain. Add a teenager and there's more stress. It's cliche to tell you that you are not alone. But it's true. I'm glad you are able to express your feelings through your writing. That is a huge release for you. I hope my message helps you feel less alone, even for a moment. Let today bring you peace an joy.
